Author Bios Joel S. Miller is a distinguished Professor of Chemistry at the University of Utah. After two decades of research at Industrial Laboratories, he joined the University of Utah in Professor Miller received the American Chemical Society Award for Chemistry of Materials for his discovery of organic-based magnets. His current research interests are the magnetic, electrical, and optical properties of molecule-based materials.
